1. Rental Period

Your rental period begins on the first date of your booking and ends on the final date selected.

Our general rental period is 3 days (collection day, event day, return day).

Extensions may be available upon request and subject to availability.
2. Late Returns & Non-Returns

A double rental fee per day applies for each day your gown is returned late, unless you have notified us at least one week in advance and received written approval for an extension.

If the dress is not returned within 7 days of the due date, it will be considered a non-return, and you will be charged the full retail replacement value of the gown.
3. Customer Responsibility

Once the gown is collected from our home studio, full responsibility for its care rests with you.

By hiring from Dreamé Bridal Studio, you agree to keep the garment safe, protected, and in good condition throughout the rental period.

Gowns must be kept away from pets, food, smoke, water, rough surfaces, fake tan, and heavy makeup.
4. Cleaning & Repairs

All gowns are professionally cleaned before and after hire at no additional cost.

Do not attempt to clean, wash, alter, or repair the gown yourself.

Any unauthorised cleaning or alteration may result in being charged the full retail value of the dress.
5. Damage or Loss

If a dress is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, you are responsible for the full retail replacement cost, regardless of the cause (including accidents or negligence).

For repairable damage, you will be charged the full cost of professional repairs, in addition to the rental fee.

Repairable damage includes, but is not limited to:
- Tears, rips, or pulled fabric
- Broken zippers, buttons, or clasps
- Heavy staining (wine, mud, makeup, fake tan, etc.)
- Damage to beading, lace, appliqué, or structure
6. Refund Policy

Dreamé Bridal Studio does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or event cancellations.

Refunds are only offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law if the product or service is found to be faulty.
